Officer, Town Education Committee, all subjects: - Court case of transfer camp for the year 2020-21.  Regarding the above subject, out of the court cases filed at the district / town education committee under the instructions given from the letter dated 12/11/2020 of this office, the following action has been taken immediately regarding the court cases of your district.  Instructions are given to carry.

  1. Name by your district lawyer in respect of all court cases pertaining to your district.  In all cases appearing in the High Court, you have to immediately file an affidavit from your level and send a copy to this office.  2. The affidavit procedure of these cases has to be completed by the next period and in the next period the government has to be present for the defense by the advocate of your district.  3. If there is a policy matter / issue in the cases of massacre in your district and an affidavit has to be submitted, then the affidavit has to be submitted in consultation with the legal branch of this office.  4.
